We use your email, purchased product details, order reference, payment status and reference, accepted terms and supply consent to fulfil purchases and provide support. This processing is needed to perform the purchase contract. We keep financial and contract records for up to six years for accounting, legal obligations and legitimate dispute handling; records subject to an unresolved legal claim may need longer retention.
We use a necessary, secure browser cookie to recognise your order access. It lasts up to seven days. Short-lived signed links protect downloads; single-use email recovery links expire after seven days. We process limited, hashed request information to protect checkout and downloads from abuse under our legitimate interest in securing the service. We do not use this shop's order details for marketing without a separate lawful basis.
Cloudflare delivers the storefront and routes requests. Google Fonts receives ordinary browser requests when fonts load; the shop does not use advertising or analytics scripts. Wrexham Media's hosting provider stores protected PDFs, order records and email-delivery records. The configured mail provider delivers fulfilment emails. Stripe Managed Payments handles payment and transaction services, including card information, relevant customer billing details, its own receipts and supported tax compliance, under its own notices. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Service providers may process information internationally under the safeguards described in their privacy notices and contracts.
You may request access, correction or deletion, object to relevant processing, or ask about restriction and portability by emailing us. Some financial or legal records cannot be erased immediately. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/ .
