Your purchase
You receive the digital PDF files described in the product listing, with a single-customer licence for one digital copy and one self-printed copy of each purchased title. We do not post a printed product. Please check the description, suggested ages, page count, print-quality information and adult-help requirements before purchase. You need a compatible PDF reader. Printing requires your own printer, paper and ink. Children need adult supervision for cutting and assembly activities.
Prices and payment
Colouring books cost GBP 1.99 each, packs (including quiz, activity, seasonal and magazine packs) GBP 2.99 each, and storybooks GBP 3.99 each, including applicable tax. Any 3–4 distinct paid downloads in one checkout receive 10% off the whole paid basket; any 5–20 receive 20% off. One copy of each title counts. Free tasters do not count. The highest qualifying tier applies automatically, without a code or stacking. Savings are calculated once on the paid basket subtotal and rounded to the nearest penny, with a half penny rounded up. Your basket and checkout show the exact saving and final total. Prices and offers apply to new checkout sessions; completed orders retain their agreed totals. There is no separate digital-delivery charge. Checkout displays the final currency and total before payment; a currency conversion may be offered by Stripe. Your card provider may charge its own fees.
Purchases processed using Stripe Managed Payments are sold through Stripe's merchant-of-record service, identified on the checkout page. Its payment and transaction terms apply alongside these content and fulfilment terms: https://onelink.com/terms#sold-through-link-terms . Stripe handles payment information and applicable indirect taxes covered by that service. Wrexham Media supplies the content and provides content support. We currently offer purchases only to the billing countries listed at /markets.html. Select your actual billing country and use it consistently at checkout. If the confirmed billing country falls outside this offering, no files are released and the payment is refunded. Stripe handles supported indirect taxes; this shop does not offer unsupported tax markets.
Our original products and intellectual property
Our books, quizzes, activity packs and other downloads are created and produced by Wrexham Media. We are the creators and publisher of these products, not a reseller of ready-made download products. Purchasing a product gives you the limited permission to use it described below; it does not sell or transfer ownership of our copyright or other intellectual property.
Copyright and other applicable rights in our original writing, questions, illustrations, designs, layouts, compilations, audio, video and other protected material are reserved by Mark Jones trading as Wrexham Media, except where an identified element belongs to another rights holder. Any such third-party rights remain with that rights holder. These terms do not claim ownership of facts, public-domain material or rights that do not legally exist.
Paid downloads: one customer, one digital copy, one printed copy
Unless we agree a different licence with you in writing, each purchase of a paid title grants one identified purchasing customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to keep and use one digital copy of that title and to make no more than one printed copy of its complete contents. A printed copy means one set of the pages: you may print selected pages rather than the entire product, but you may not produce a second usable copy of any page under the same licence. A pack is one product; the licence does not permit repeated copies of its worksheets, answer sheets, team sheets or other pages.
No physical book or printed copy is supplied by us. You print your permitted copy yourself. An unused failed or incomplete print may be destroyed and replaced; this does not allow additional usable copies. A private backup or re-download solely to restore your own licensed digital copy is permitted and does not create another licence, another user or another print allowance.
The licence belongs only to the purchasing customer. You must not give, sell, lend, rent, share or transfer the digital file, the printed copy, the licence, a recovery link or a download link to another customer or person. A purchase does not grant household-wide, classroom-wide, team-wide or organisation-wide copying rights. Each additional customer or usable printed copy requires a further licence or our prior written permission. Buying a different title does not increase the print allowance for this title.
You may read your copy on your own device and use your single printed copy for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Resale, paid events, public performance or display, commercial use, classroom distribution and wider organisational use require separate written permission unless we explicitly grant those rights in the applicable product licence. For extra print copies, additional users, educational, event or business licences, contact info@wrexhammedia.com before that use. The standard basket supplies one licence per title per order; it does not sell a multi-user or unlimited-print licence. We will confirm any additional licence, its permitted uses and price in writing before you pay.
No sharing, copying for others or resale
Except for the uses expressly licensed above, separately agreed in writing, or permitted by applicable law, you must not reproduce, photocopy, scan, screen-capture, distribute, upload, broadcast, publicly display or perform, sell, sublicense, rent, lend, translate, adapt, repackage or otherwise exploit the whole or a protected part of a product. This includes file-sharing groups, social media, shared drives, learning platforms, marketplaces, print-on-demand services and making products available as bonuses or giveaways. You must not remove copyright or attribution notices, claim our work as your own or use our branding to imply endorsement.
Commercial or resale rights are not included. Anyone wishing to resell our content, sell printed versions, include it in their own products or obtain distribution rights must first contact info@wrexhammedia.com for terms and express written permission. Contacting us, buying a standard download or adding a credit does not itself grant permission. Any authorised reseller or distributor must follow the scope and conditions of the separate agreement.
Protecting our work and responding to misuse
We protect our original works and will take appropriate action against substantiated unauthorised use or breaches of these licence terms. Depending on the circumstances, this may include asking for the use to stop and unauthorised copies to be removed, notifying the relevant platform or hosting provider, seeking an agreed resolution, and pursuing legal remedies available to us, including an injunction, damages and costs where recoverable by law or awarded by a court. No automatic fine or predetermined penalty is imposed by these terms.
For a serious or repeated licence breach, we may end the affected licence and suspend related download access where lawful and proportionate. Where appropriate we will explain the breach and give a reasonable opportunity to correct it before taking that step. On lawful termination, you must stop unlicensed use and delete or destroy unauthorised copies. We do not remove your statutory remedies or treat a good-faith complaint, refund request or exercise of consumer rights as a licence breach. Report suspected misuse or ask for permission at info@wrexhammedia.com.
Free tasters and separately agreed licences
The one-print paid-product licence above applies to paid products bought under this version of these terms. Our six standalone free tasters carry their own included free-taster licence; that licence explains their permitted copying and use. Free access does not grant resale rights. A separate written agreement expressly granting different rights takes precedence only for the products and uses it identifies.
Which terms apply and your legal rights
This version applies to new purchases that accept it at checkout. It does not retrospectively reduce permissions granted under an earlier purchase: the terms recorded with that order continue to apply. We retain the accepted terms and provide them with your fulfilment email and on your order page. Changes posted later do not alter an existing order without a valid separate agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights, mandatory legal protections or lawful copyright exceptions that cannot be restricted by contract. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible. These content-licence terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or any right to use courts available to them in their country of residence. Stripe’s applicable transaction terms remain separate.
Delivery and access
Once the payment service confirms successful payment, your order page supplies protected download links. Each link expires after 15 minutes; refresh the order page to obtain fresh links. A separate fulfilment email contains a private recovery link that works once and expires after seven days. Do not share these links. Download and keep your files. If access is lost or an email fails to arrive, contact support with your order reference. Never email card details.
Immediate supply and cancellation
Before checkout, you must agree to these terms, request immediate digital supply, and acknowledge that the usual 14-day cancellation right is lost once downloading begins. Your agreement and the accepted terms are included in the fulfilment email. This does not limit your statutory rights when content is faulty or not as described.
Refunds and problems
Contact info@wrexhammedia.com if a file is missing, unreadable or not as described. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Stripe's merchant-of-record refund policy also applies and may permit refunds beyond our minimum legal obligations: https://support.link.com/questions/sold-through-link-refunds . A refund or payment dispute may suspend further download access. Support does not require you to disclose full card information.
Privacy
Please read the accompanying privacy notice. Stripe's checkout also links to its own privacy information. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country.
